DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery by DPD courier.

Orders totaling €75.00 or more are delivered Free Of Charge!

Delivery cost with prepayment (by bank transfer or online payment) – €3.00.

Delivery price to most foreign countries will be 20€ by DPD courier. We use shipment tracking so you will always know the status of your parcel. Delivery time for most foreign countries would be 4-6 working days by DPD courier. 

Please note: we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may arise in Buyer’s country.

Delivery time: 1–5 working days (from the moment of payment). Orders are delivered to the address you specify on working days from 8:00 to 22:00.

During the holiday season, delivery may take up to 3–10 working days.

Delivery to Neringa is not available. If you would like to arrange delivery to Neringa, please call us at +370 6959 4004.

Delivery to the United Kingdom is not available.

Each product description includes an estimated delivery period, calculated from the moment the order is confirmed, i.e., once the order is reviewed and payment is received. You will be promptly notified via email when your order is confirmed and being processed, along with a scheduled delivery date.

The delivery deadline may be postponed in the cases set out in the purchase–sale agreement. If the delivery date is not suitable for you, please contact us at [email protected] or call +370 6959 4004.

When receiving your order, please check the condition of the parcel and item(s) and sign the invoice (waybill) or another delivery/receipt document.

If you notice any external damage to the parcel or item(s), or discrepancies in the contents, make sure to note this on the invoice (waybill) or another delivery document, and, in the presence of our representative who delivered the shipment, draw up a free-form damage/discrepancy report.

If you fail to do this, we do not accept responsibility for any damages to the goods.
